Does an Internet based home business fit my needs?

Evaluating wether an Internet based home business is the right fit for you, can save you lots of time and money.

If good ideas were all it took to build a successful Internet business, everybody would be rich. Every Mother would make money from home

It is a long way from idea to business success.

Just to illustrate the above statement: There was a recent study done at Harvard Business School about business plans. The study was done over a 25 year period with 1,600 businesses.

These were the results...

70% of the businesses in the study had no written or verbal plan.

27% of the businesses in the study had verbal goals only

3% of the businesses in the study had them written down

98% of the wealth was held by those

3% of the businesses in the study that had a written Plan.

You see, when you have a plan you automatically know where you’re going. Your chances of getting there are infinitely higher because of this.

Writing a business plan can be a daunting task, especially if you have never done anything related to business.

Don't worry, my goal is to make things simpler for you -, not more complicated. I am providing you with a simple but effective business plan outline in form of a questionaire.

After you answer all the questions, you will be clear, wether an Internet based home business is something for you, or not.

Lets get started :

In order to succeed in any business you need the 4 "P's"

Passion for what you do.

Perseverance.

Perspective, the ability to see the bigger picture and the minute detail at the same time.

And...

Planning.

As for planning, here are the 10 questions you should ask yourself before starting your internet based home business or any business venture:

- What is my product/service ?

- Who will buy it ?

- Why will the buy it ?

- How much will they pay for it ?

- How will my costumers find me ?

- What makes me unique ?

- How much will it cost to start up my business ?

- How will I finance it ?

- How much money do I need to be making, to be profitable ?

The most important question you have to ask yourself is:

"Am I cut out for an Internet based home business ?"

Let me put it this way "Nothing ventured nothing gained."

Deciding to be a "Mamapreneur" means taking the leap of faith and letting the world of a steady paycheck and a boss who tells you what to do behind. Choosing to be your own Boss is a big decision. If things go wrong there is now one to blame but yourself. So you have to ask yourself wether you are ready to take on the responsibilty for your financial success or not. As a Mamapreneur you are in control of your financial future and your chances of creating wealth are many times greater, than if you were working for someone else.

Always remember success is a learnable skill.

Here is the good news:

Women own over 8.5 million businesses in the U.S.

Twice as many women as men are starting new businesses

Women's businesses are more successful:75% of women-owned firms are still in business after 5 years as opposed to 66% of all firms.

It took me six month to research my previous business idea. It would have taken at least 150 k to make my Company come true, and be a success. At that point I started asking myself:" What is my ultimate goal? why do I want to built a Company? Is it the prestige? The money? The passion?"My answer was: "I want financial freedom, I want to make money from home, I want the ability to support my family, my friends and organizations that do good in the world ."Building a company that can be sold is one way to go about acquiring wealth, but it is certainly not the easiest one.

What would you think, if some one would come to you with 9 out of the 10 questions above already answered ?

wouldn't it make things a lot easier?

This exactly happened to me.
